DC Sargent, aka Mizz Maddy Mack, is the married mother of two humans, seven fur-babies, and six scale-tail people. During the day, she’s a clinical massage therapist, artist, and a dance instructor. At night, she authors fast-paced, mostly clean but kinda dark, laugh-out-loud adventures ranting from paranormal to sci-fi fantasy to dystopian thrillers. Though there is violence and language, DC focuses on action-packed storylines, intelligent humor, and clean character interactions. These books are good for men and women, young and mature. Her titles include the hilarious sci-fi fantasy A Dash In Space, sci-fi thriller Immortals: The First Ten, and YA paranormal romance The Ghost of Portal Island. Her rhyming children's books, written under the pen name Mizz Maddy Mack, include the silly holiday books Wuchaki Runs Away On Groundhog Day, Broom Kitty Woes, and Perky Turkey. DC and her family live in Cheyenne, WY.
